Concrete Placement’s business philosophy is built on a simple but solid foundation, comprised of three valuable building blocks, our customers, our employees, and our equipment. These building blocks then are bonded together with highest level of customer service from our employees that over time has built friendships from business relationships, in turn these new relationships have grown and prospered together.
Concrete Placement is part of your contracting/building solution. Concrete Placement is here to assist you, as the customer, to make sure your pour goes as planned. We take pride in the fact that our employees first listen to the needs and production goals of our customers, then we make suggestions to our customers based on site safety, productivity, equipment site compatibility, and ultimately project efficiency, and all this is based on our decades of experience in the concrete pumping industry.
Concrete Placement, Inc has equipment from the best manufacturers in the concrete pumping business, Everdigm, Putzmeister, and Schwing. With pump sizes ranging from 28M to 65M, CPi’s CARB Compliant Fleet has numerous boom configurations to include, roll n fold, Z booms, and RZ’s to accommodate nearly every jobsite situation or need for our customers. These pumps can be used in conjunction with our newest tool, the 13M Spyder Placer. The Spyder Placer has been used many times in place of a placing boom, ultimately saving our customers the time and expense of erecting and paying for a placing boom when there was less expensive option available.
CPi’s fleet also includes Putzmeister’s Telebelt, theTB-105, this extremely versatile piece of equipment allows CPi to place pervious concrete, which cannot be pumped along base, rock, bark, and native soil, all of which when utilized as designed, increases job site efficiency when limited space is available onsite. What was done by wheel barrows, skid steers, or skip loaders and took hours and hours to complete can be done in considerably less time, and much more efficiently utilizing less labor and on-site resources and equipment ultimately saving our customers money on their projects.
While no one can guarantee accidents will not happen, Concrete Placement, Inc has invested time and money in all of its employee’s and the employee’s in themselves, by becoming and maintain certification from ACPA (American Concrete Pumping Association) OSHA-10, First-Aid, and Adult CPR. CPi employees are trained, if they see something unsafe onsite to say something, CPi’s job is to do your job safely.
Our commitment to job safety doesn’t stop there, CPi’s employees are all required to wear their hard hats, steel toed boots, and safety glasses, in addition to bright orange uniforms while onsite. These bright orange uniforms provide an essential key to on the job safety, when second’s count, as it allows our personnel to be easily recognized by others onsite, so they can be communicated with quickly and safely, either verbally or nonverbally to avoid an incident or accident.
Many times our employees are asked, “why are CPi’s booms pink ?” This is solely to bring awareness to breast cancer, as everyone has had someone in their family or knows of someone who has been affected by this disease, and we pray that one day a cure will be found for this awful disease, but until then we hope the heightened awareness of the disease and early detection can save friends and family till that time.
CPi’s goal is and always will be, to continue to grow with our customers. It has never been our intention or plan to be the biggest concrete pumping company in the United States or even in the Western United States, but just to do a common thing, pumping concrete, uncommonly well striving to be the very best in our industry according to our customers and our peers.
CPi services Southern California with yards in: Gardena, Lake Elsinore, Riverside, Santa Ana, Sylmar.
The real competitive advantage in any business is one word only, which is “people”.
